EFCL Equipment Rental Program for Edmonton Non-Profits
This program is currently paused until February 2024. We're sorry for this inconvenience. Items can still be rented from February onward.
This program rents equipment primarily to not-for-profit groups offering local, neighbourhood recreation program and events. Equipment is also offered to groups that are using the equipment to promote no or low cost active living to Edmontonians. Note: we do not rent to individuals nor companies for private parties or events.
PICK-UPS and DROP-OFFS HAPPEN ONLY ON MONDAYS (11am - 6pm) and FRIDAYS, (7am - 2pm) from the new EFCL Office 12122 68 Street (located in the Jerry Forbes Centre). Please plan your rental accordingly. Kits/Items start at $10.00 + GST/week. Rentals must be pre-booked online.
Please review the terms and conditions prior to renting. No refunds on orders, canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental. Late drop-offs will be charged $50/day until returned. If you need assistance, email or call [email protected] or (780) 437-2913 ext. 1006.
